Leyu’s Opensource Dataset is Now Live!
We’ve officially released 200 hours of open Amharic speech data, covering five dialects and contributed by over 250 participants. With thousands of validated audio samples, a balanced gender distribution, and structured datasets ready for AI training, this milestone brings us closer to inclusive, community-driven language technology for Ethiopian languages.
