Is there such thing as being too bullish? I guess delusional 🤪 We'll, I'm here for a good time not a long time! @Opendoor dropped their @RealScout integration on May 19 — cash offers now embedded directly in the workflow for 100k+ agents. The whole point of this agent push is to remove friction and accelerate signed acquisition contracts. First real read on whether it’s working should show up in next Tuesday’s acquisition contracts numbers. Curious to see the early signal. That’s when the accountability clock starts ticking. 👀 $OPEN

So I work at @Opendoor now. I've just finished my first real week there and I am super bullish on this company. I was convinced to stop building my own thing to join, was hesitant at first but definitely the right call. The opportunity is insane. Will be my third tour of duty with @nejatian and as an engineer I've pretty much done the best work of my career working with him.

Recently read some comments concern about rate sensitivity affecting $OPEN. Opendoor $OPEN is no longer just another rate-sensitive housing stock. Old iBuying got crushed by high rates: debt-funded inventory + slow buyers = long holds, wide spreads, low volume. Opendoor 2.0 fixes this with a real system: AI + data for sharper pricing Much faster inventory turns (aged homes down from 51% → 10%) Stronger per-transaction economics + hybrid products (Cash Plus) Agent flywheel for scalable volume. Early days, but the potential here is massive. Embedding seamless cash offers into RealScout for 100k+ agents could meaningfully lower friction and speed up acquisitions. One week might be too soon to see the full lift, but if even a fraction of agents start using it consistently, this has real scale to move the needle on Opendoor’s volume. Excited to watch the data unfold.

When I entered my $ASST position at $7.92 I didn't expect the company to become this strong this quickly. 1) The move to daily dividends is simply fantastic. Buying Bitcoin every single day and being known as The Daily Dividend Company is a special kind of branding that will resonate far beyond the Bitcoin community. 2) $SATA has gone from strength to strength, achieving consistent days at par and currently has the highest Sharpe Ratio out of all the preferreds. 3) Strive are comfortable carrying the highest amplification ratio in the space. Put simply, when Bitcoin runs, $ASST runs fastest. 4) An in-house media arm that acts as a full marketing machine. They understood early that awareness is everything. The pieces are in place. $ASST will be the fastest running Bitcoin equity for the foreseeable future. That is my view.

I have taken a position in Strive / $ASST. Average price $7.92. Today's revelation of $127.2 million in cash reserves was the final piece in the jigsaw for me. The market has overreacted to the 1-20 reverse split... not realising that the usual rule of thumb does not apply here. Annual dividend obligation for $SATA = ~$53.3mil which means USD coverage is 2+ years. Only $10 million in debt remaining from Semler Acquisition. I am not a fan of buying multiple Bitcoin Treasuries in the same jurisdiction but the US is the exception. The second largest bitcoin-backed fixed income product in the US is still a trillion dollar opportunity. Fund managers need to diversify and can't have all their AUM in one product. Feeling good about my entry here. Happy to be on board @ColeMacro @PunterJeff @mikealfred @IIICapital 🫡🚀

$OPEN just made one of its smartest moves in years. By embedding directly into RealScout (the lead-nurture platform used by 100k+ agents), Opendoor is no longer fighting agents — it’s now working with them at scale. This is the real shift: Instead of spending heavily on direct-to-consumer marketing to find sellers, Opendoor is now plugged into agents’ existing workflows. Strongly agree with @RosannaInvests on $OPEN Wall Street is sleeping on the real story: revenue down on purpose as they aggressively clean up the balance sheet, but contribution profit quadrupled to $32M with a healthy 4.4% margin. Aged inventory crushed from 51% → 10%, acquisitions doubling, and now adjusted EBITDA profitable on a forward 12-month basis. $1B cash, low debt, and path to net income breakeven by year-end.
