Have a day off tomorrow. Except I don’t. Because I have to take a pile of documents to my new trust to get them checked & yet again go through the HR & payroll nightmare. A single employer model would save huge amounts of time, effort & patience. It isn’t hard @NHS_HealthEdEng

This doesn’t obviously solve the issue for trainees that we rotate out of sync with the tax year but people like @DrSarahHal are working with ESR and helping us

@benedictevans @jamiedsmith Wouldn’t it be nice if we could anonymously recognise wanted vs unwanted unknown callers? When I call patients from hospital/ED it’s a blocked number. We often cannot get a hold of NOK or patient with their results if they have equivalent at home/given number

@MattStibbs @GrahameGrieve Hopefully Manny and Phil's talk is enlightening of how being able to reliably prove a clinicians ID online could help facilitate current systems so clinicians can actually access records everywhere when needed!

@GrahameGrieve suggests his definition for Clinical Interoperability is “the ability of two or more clinical teams to exchange patients and provide seamless care”. Interoperability is only a little bit about technology. I like that this definition isn’t about tech at all. #FHIR

@MattStibbs @GrahameGrieve would be the dream - number of times I ask patients about their PMH/DH and they say its all in my notes - assuming the blank piece of paper I hold in front of them has all their details... And that would just be between local GP and DGH!
