The judge has a lot to decide on. Nick played himself by just offering her half of his OTK shares without attaching a value to them. Therefore the judge only has Malena value to go by. See Malena Spreadsheet below. Let me know what the judge should do.

@The_Truth_gm @TheLegalMindset I get it, maybe it wasn't about her but the fact that people have to argue if it was about her or not is the whole issue. When a protection order is in play he should not have talked about anything remotely that could be related to her. Tectone did this to himself.

@HenryResilient @Fludded And, by her own logic, he didn't. Either both are true, or neither is. You cant get a protective order on someone, and then go around and poke them. If that is the case, what you have is not a protection order, its a free speech blocker.

@Phillcp @Fludded I get the double standard. However, when your up against the wall and you have a protection order against you the "well she posted about me first" argument falls on deaf ears when he was explicitly told not to post about her. Had Tectone kept his composure he may have prevailed.
