I guess I am frustrated with all of the news and blog sources. They are all arguing the actions in Iraq based on 2023 arms and capabilities. In 2026 it is a totally different game and the national home for terror was suddenly a threat to ALL civilized nations. Drones and the new Kheibar (missile that breaks into 80 submunitions when it gets close to its target) made all of the Middle East subject to a constant terrorist threat. Not a peace seeking force... at all.

Since when do they start closing schools for the day because somewhere in the state there might be a tornado? North Carolina schools are teaching everyone to be afraid of shadows. This Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, Class 4, Class 5 weather system has everyone knotted up. I am seeing the weatherwoman get all anxious on Class 2 days.

NEW: Illegal immigrants have found a new way to get released from ICE detention centers, throwing a massive wrench into the Trump administration’s deportation plan.
Since Trump returned to the White House, illegal immigrants have filed more than 18,000 habeas petitions challenging their detention in federal courts. Its more than the number of such challenges filed over the last three administrations put together.
U.S. Attorney in the District of Arizona Timothy Courchaine told @realDailyWire his office went from receiving 10 habeas petitions in immigration cases to “nearly a thousand” since Trump returned to the White House.
“In most of them, they are [granting bond] … so we’ve been losing almost all of these and the folks will be released,” he said.

@HensonTweets @Wbtesq @JennieSTaer The vacant housing stock in the US market was essentially static during the entire Biden years where supposedly *millions* of illegals flooded in and began occupying homes that otherwise would have been available. It's you that needs a basic economics lesson in supply and demand.

Can't take the time to teach you basic economics. Taking up space in houses limits the supply of houses, limited supply means higher prices. ESL programs still have students in regular classrooms struggling to understand what is happening while the teacher attempts to help and the English learners get crickets. The NGOs have been funneling billions of dollars to illegals. You may not call it welfare, but I do.

@HensonTweets @Wbtesq @JennieSTaer If they crossed illegally they can't buy houses. They also can't vote. Schools have ESL programs that don't impact English speakers. Prosecutors not prosecuting isn't a product of illegals coming here. Illegals aren't entitled to federal "welfare" dollars.

I learned public service from my parents and preachers growing up in Nash County. I took those lessons with me as I served our state as Attorney General and Governor.
Those experiences will remain with me as I serve our state in the Senate.

Higher housing costs. Voters who know nothing about America or the politicians they are voting for. Schools trying to teach students who don't know English and the expense of Americans who were already undereducated. Prosecutors who won't prosecute. Welfare for illegals while homeless Americans walk the streets. NGOs who pad their pockets with money intended to help needy people... just a start.

I wish our country was functional when everyone was crossing the border illegally. I remember all of the videos of man after man saying their name and which city they were headed to. All with maps and contacts in hand provided by nefarious players... including the Red Cross and Catholic Charities. Screw the American Citizen was the battle cry of those helping them march on our land.
