@Jainadave_ Gym won't help u get abs if your diet isn't right. To get abs you need to loose body fat and unless you ain't controlling your kcal, gym is absolutely pointless.

@chiragbarjatya Kind of stupid take. 10k steps builds discipline, metabolism and a routine. Diet is key but to think 500kcal isn't a big deal is stupid. Most people with sedentary life, this is a good starting point

I don't know who needs to hear this but walking 10k steps a day burns hardly like 300-500 kcal. Yes equivalent to one plate of samosa or chole chature or 1-2 gluab jamun or 2-3 glasses of sugarcane juice. If you really want to drop weight you have to start eating less than what is required. Your 10-15k steps won't help you burn off your daily random junk habits.
