@AffinityWater Hi - can you help me. It seems impossible to get rheo on the phone lines. I have receives a bill that isn't mine though it's the correct address.

@AffinityWater Hi Affinity, tried ringing but it goes on for 25 minutes and then gets cut off. I have just received a final settlement bill due to moving, its not for me but some one else with a different account number but at my address. What would you like me to do with it?

@DVLAgovuk Can you help me please - I presented a cheque at the bank for for returned vehicle tax and it has been refused. The reason STOP-DUPLICATE CHEQUE. Obviously it isn't.
