Makerfield Heating & Robert Kenyon Reform UK's candidate for the upcoming by election in Makerfield is Robert Kenyon, being touted as a local plumber. Is he though? Let's take a look. His Companies House registration only happened on the 5th of February this year, and his website is, to be honest, a shonky, cobbled together mess. The website is a standard Wix template where they have hastily added some VERY Ai images of a heating engineer at work. And the logo appears to have been created in Word. When you look at the social media links at the bottom of the page, they ALL link to the Wix brand socials FB, Insta, LinkedIn and 𝕏 — all Wix. Worst, for me, are the belt and braces pages — Ts&Cs, Accessibility Statement etc. are ALL templates provided by Wix. They couldn't even be bothered to add the company name etc. and it clearly states on each page that the business must replace them with their own information. As a designer of websites, it's crucial to have rock solid terms on your website, especially when you can purchase items up to £3,000 on there. Oh, and it shows to be copyrighted in 2035 — impressive time travel. I checked, and he is officially on the Gas Safe register at least, although the address listed is, in fact, a bookkeeping company named, Trevor Hall Associates Ltd. So far, so shoddy. His company Facebook page only shows one image from March. Add all this together with the new 𝕏 profile, created in the US and his deletion of all previous online history, gives me serious pause for thought. Maybe it's all above board, but his domain name was registered in September of last year and his official company registration only three months ago. His profile says he trained as a plumber at 18, but also that he was in the army [part-time TA] AND that he worked for the NHS for six years during the pandemic. Mixed messaging for sure but his links to the far-right are inescapable and some investigative work by Byline Times shows a series of racist Tweets [bylinetimes.com/2026/05/20/rea…]. No wonder he was keen to scrub that from history — it's a shame the internet never forgets.

Teachers’ voting intentions. Explains a lot.

OH DEAR Rachel Reeves heckled by white van man as she visits a petrol station. “Get Starmer out! Get Labour out! You’re ruining the country! Are you going to arrest me for having an England flag? Get Farage in!” She lectures the guy about “manners”
