The Partition of #Palestine was illegal. It will never be recognised..... #Jerusalem was and will for ever be the capital of #Israel. #EretzIsrael will be restored to the people of Israel. All of it. And for ever.

@maukyi Israel accepted the first partition that is simple fact. Any further partition was ridiculous &totally unfair. What was left of the mandate after the first partition was meant for the Jews by the duplicitous British which was far far less than originally promised under Int Law⬇️

@maukyi Yossa said history didn’t start in 1947 but then argues it did. So you like him need to make your mind up as you both seem to be picking and choosing when history starts and in any case show where I said the 47 Partition plan did give the Arabs 80%. Waiting.

@yosa_17 @Saul_Sadka No it didn’t. The truth is that the Arabs got 80% of the land in the first partition. Was that fair. No it wasn’t. They wanted all of it and that’s the rub Noddy.

@Saul_Sadka Imagine someone steals your house. After years of struggle, they offer a new floor plan: "Let’s split it. If you refuse, that’s your fault. You lose all rights to it." Does that sound fair? No. Yet, that’s exactly what happened to Palestine.

Ehud Olmert has revealed publicly for the first time the map of the peace offer that Mahmoud Abbas rejected in 2008 (the picture on the right is Abbas' sketch of it. Abbas rejected this ridiculously generous offer and now there will never be a Palestinian state in any borders.

@yosa_17 @Saul_Sadka So when did it start Noddy? I suspect your history knowledge is like your knowledge of Int Law. You pick and choose which bits you foolishly believe fits your narrative and when it doesn’t you make it up.

@Saul_Sadka History didn’t start in 2008. Ignoring events before & after Olmert’s offer is dishonest. From the Nakba (1948) to ongoing Israeli occupation & attacks, Palestine’s struggle didn’t begin, or end, with one rejected deal.

Just another example of the Irish and Western media at work, except this time the distortion is even more plainly obvious than on a typical day Headline: Hostage waves to crowd See next post for what is omitted, and how RTÉ has allowed itself to become a propaganda tool. 🧵1/2

@yosa_17 @SinghVeer6295 @jakeshieldsajj Show me where 242says any such thing Heres a clue IT DOESN’T 242 was a result of the 67 war which was int’ly recognised as a defensive war regards Israel thus the laws of aggressive conquest arent relevant. So Bobo u r not only picking &choosing but making it up as u go along

@yosa_17 @SinghVeer6295 @jakeshieldsajj &why are we opening another thread. you do know that doing so is a direct play out of the antisemites playbook. That’s 4 so far I’m beginning to suspect a trend here. U clearly don’t know what ur talking about & banding about dates & resolution numbers just makes u a dumb arse ⬇️

@yosa_17 @SinghVeer6295 @jakeshieldsajj So we didn’t push them out then. Good to know. As to 181 as you know it’s not worth the paper it was written on and in no way constitutes International Law. So I’m not the one picking and choosing you are as the thread demonstrates.

Saul, first of all, go fuck yourself you piece of garbage. Second, the 2008 offer was contrary to the UN resolution borders drawn up decades earlier which Israel was infringing upon by allowing and funding illegal settlements. Accepting the settlements would have legitimized Israel’s illegal annexations which have continued to this day. What you’re describing is basically blackmail, “Either accept that we’ve stolen this land or we’re steal more land.” Seriously you’re a piece of shit.

@SinghVeer6295 @jakeshieldsajj Palestinians didn’t just “lose”, they’ve been kicked out, occupied & had their land stolen. Telling them to “accept defeat” is wild, they’re still facing apartheid, illegal settlements & blockades. Peace starts with acknowledging who’s breaking the Int' law and who’s oppressed.

@MountTzion @roisinmalone64 @noismill @YouTube No they don’t &blocking me is an admission that you don’t know the answer or anything about Int Law. So you parrot BS with no understanding says far more about you than me. & your parting Israel rant tells us all we need to know about your bigoted poisonous sick mind.

@roisinmalone64 @noismill @YouTube The UN only makes Int Law in very rare circumstances and the UN has never passed a law with regard to Israel. Most UN resolutions are passed under Charter 6 & the fact that they are called resolutions & not laws should tell you all you need to know. ⬇️

@roisinmalone64 @noismill @YouTube The ICJ or the UN don’t make Int Law National Laws aren’t Int Law either Your OT said Israeli Occupation Occupation in the term used is a legal term. So you need to provide me the Int Law that substantiates your claim You do know how Int Law is made don’t you? So try again 😊

@roisinmalone64 @noismill @YouTube No you didn’t sorry. Sometimes my Dyslexia is really strange. However the ICJ declaring something isn’t a legal judgment never mind a Int Law. It should be self evident that a Court doesn’t make law so you are barking up the wrong tree quoting the ICJ so have another go. 😊

@roisinmalone64 @noismill @YouTube I would ask which ICJ ruling you are referring to as I am unaware of any such case. The operative word in your response is considers. Considers doesn’t make Int Law. There are a lot of people who consider the POTUS a clown but it doesn’t make it so. Have another go.

@HerutBeitar @noismill @YouTube Recently re the ICJ ruling which stated that altho Israel withdrew physically from Gaza, it still controls Gaza's resources so is still the occupying power. Israel even issued licences to companies re the Gas field off the Gaza coast, a Palestinian resource, not Israeli.

@HerutBeitar @noismill @YouTube Nope. International law. Gaza's internationally recognized legally as Occupied Palestinian territory, Israel, the occupying power, legally is obliged to protect civilians under its occupation.Legally re international law,you can't forceably displace people from their territory.

Trump should go further. The Gazan’s who are generally ethnically Egyptians should go home to Egypt. And the Arabs of Judea & Samaria who are ethnically Syrian should go home to Syria or Jordan which of course is Southern Syria but really occupied Israel. Job done.
