The Eco Council met with Farmer Ann from @HexOrganics to learn all about how to keep Bees! We learnt about swarming, the parts of a hive and even had a bee keeping suit to try on!

This week Reception Class have been learning all about growing. Farmer Ann from @HexOrganics came to show them how broad beans and tomato plants grow and they had a great time looking at her produce and asking lots of questions.

@TheRegencyCook We grow it and sell it to restaurants and on our box scheme. Gradually becoming more popular with our lovely customers. Taste is delicious but careful harvesting is required as it grows deep and easily snaps. We grow as many unusual yet delicious crops as possible👩🏻🌾🧑🏻🌾

0k there's probably not going to be any Blue Bowl content for a while as yesterday I was admitted to the QE in Gateshead after what was probably an NSTEM heart attack.
I'm ok but it might be a while before I'm home.
All the staff have been fantastic and I know I'm in good hands
