@HeyMrsThornton Was just talking with another counselor who took a training that discussed how not all burnout is burnout, sometimes it’s when there are gaps or flaws in systems that don’t support everyone equally and we can’t easily fix that

@lexiarchacki @HeyMrsThornton Our nail salon is right across from a hospital so we get alot of doctors and nurses and i remember this one customer who was arguing about why you shouldn't get the vaccine to a doctor with 30 years of experience. Everyone here thinks they're smarter than actual professionals.
