Breaking | IRGC reports retaliatory missile strike on U.S. military bases in Kuwait following attack on Qeshm Island The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that, in response to a “blatant aggression” by U.S. forces targeting Iranian sovereignty on Qeshm Island, its Aerospace Force carried out precise missile strikes against U.S. military bases in Kuwait. In its statement, the IRGC said the operation successfully hit its intended targets, and caused destruction and fires inside enemy strongholds. The IRGC warned the United States and its allies that any further action violating Iran’s sovereignty would be met with a “decisive and overwhelming response,” threatening to target all U.S. interests and bases in the region.

According to the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, Israeli forces have fully or partially destroyed 94% of Gaza’s cemeteries, transforming places of memory into military barracks. Hamad City in Khan Younis, a residential complex built with Qatari funding, is now a ruined shell surrounded by displaced families. The flagship $135m public housing project comprised 53 modern residential buildings rising five stories high, containing approximately 3,000 housing units.

A couple of days before Eid we got a plea from a tent that burned down due to a fire. Luckily no one got hurt but the family lost everything. Support such cases here: chuffed.org/project/113222… The Sameer Project mobilized quickly to the Karam Camp in Deir El Balah to ensure that the family gets shelter before Eid. On May 25th, we provided the family with a new tent, two mattresses, two blankets, kitchen package and a hygiene package. Total cost with 11% commission was $341. Fires are common in camps as most families cook with wood fire. Additionally, tents burn from bombings as we saw in the horrific images during Eid. So providing shelter is essential.
