@BTChip 1. I emailed "bounty-phishing@ledger.com" on the bounty site u mentioned & asked them to confirm I have the correct email before I send them the info. 2. I received a confirmation from Vincent Bouzon from a "Ledger.fr" email claiming he is from the bounty program.

@l33tguy Agreed. That would make the logical sense. I would not be surprised if they all of sudden say that they don't know who the victims are and use the excuse that crypto is anonymous.

@HeyTaiZen Agree, if the coins haven’t moved the ownership hasn’t changed. Also: if the bitcoin is the profits from pig butchering surely they’ll be returning the funds to the victims and should be communicating this loudly no?

You filed a $15B civil forfeiture claim. Anyone can file a forfeiture claim. FILING a claim vs seizing CONTROL of the coins are very different. I'm curious... 1. Do you really have CONTROL of the private keys for the $15B in BTC that you claimed you have seized? Yes or No?

6. If you genuinely believe that combining freshly minted bitcoins from a block reward with "dirty" bitcoins and no one will know which ones are which, then you have no understanding of how the Bitcoin UTXO system works or what is a Coinbase Transaction.

I'm asking because I do not see clear evidence in the Indictment, Forfeiture claim, or press release to show the FBI has CONTROL of the BTC. In the Silk Road w/@RealRossU it is very clear how the FBI & took CONTROL of his private keys before he had a chance to close his laptop.

3. Most of the $15B are still in the same wallet from June/July 2024 and have not moved, however, you claimed that you have seized them in Oct 15, 2025. Why haven't the Bitcoins moved since June/July 2024?
