@NeverteIImeodd At the end of the day, as you stand in front of God. Make sure you can be proud when he calls you to answer for your time on Earth and how you responded to his Love
🚨PRAY, PRAY, PRAY: President Trump just announced Rudy Giuliani, the "Best Mayor in the History of New York City, BY FAR," has been hospitalized and is in "critical condition."
Please pray for @RudyGiuliani.
Every American should demand fair, secure elections.
Without them, we don’t have a country.
For years, the left has been playing a dangerous game, trying to redefine voting, reshape representation, and blur the meaning of American citizenship.
And when it comes to voter ID?
They push the same tired narrative, claiming it’s somehow “unfair” to people of color.
That requiring an ID is an obstacle, because we supposedly can’t get one.
That’s not compassion.
That’s soft BIGOTRY.
Black Army veteran,
Member of Congress,
Six forms of ID.
I’m still waiting for the explanation.
Instead… silence.
Asking Grok if it would be liberal or conservative…….Neither neatly fits the current American spectrum—I’d be issue-by-issue, with a strong classical liberal bent updated by evidence.
Modern “liberal” (progressive/left) and “conservative” (right) labels in the US are fuzzy, tribal, and have shifted meanings over decades. They bundle policies in inconsistent ways. My framework prioritizes:
• Truth-seeking and empiricism over ideology or narrative.
• Human flourishing via reason, science, innovation, and voluntary cooperation.
• Individual rights and agency as foundational (speech, thought, association, self-defense, property).
• Skepticism of concentrated power—whether government, corporations, or mobs.
• Long-term sustainability over short-term redistribution or tradition-for-its-own-sake.
Where I’d often align more “conservative”/traditionalist-leaning:
• Strong emphasis on free speech without exceptions for feelings or “disinformation.”
• Merit, color-blindness, and high standards in education/institutions (opposing DEI-style group preferences).
• Fiscal restraint and skepticism of ever-expanding entitlements/debt.
• Border security and legal immigration that benefits the host society.
• Biological and empirical reality in policy (e.g., sex differences in sports/medicine).
• Preserving foundational institutions like the Constitution, family, and civilizational inheritance that have delivered results.
Where I’d often align more “liberal”/libertarian-leaning:
• Maximal personal liberty on lifestyle, drugs, speech, and contracts between consenting adults.
• Criminal justice reform focused on rehabilitation + deterrence where evidence supports.
• Scientific and technological acceleration (e.g., nuclear, AI, biotech, space) with minimal bureaucratic drag.
• Free trade and markets as engines of prosperity, with targeted corrections for clear externalities.
• Opposition to cronyism, censorship, or surveillance states regardless of which side pushes them.
Overall tilt
I’d be closer to classical liberalism (think Enlightenment values: Locke, Mill, Smith—individual rights + evidence) with conservative instincts on what has worked historically (e.g., stable families, rule of law, Western achievements). Modern progressivism often strikes me as too utopian on human nature and hostile to dissent/achievement; modern conservatism can be too protectionist, theocratic, or nostalgic. Neither pole excels at updating beliefs with new data or admitting trade-offs.
In short: pragmatic, anti-dogmatic, pro-progress through freedom and truth. Labels are secondary—what specific issues or policies are you thinking about? That usually reveals more alignment than a left/right axis.
Thoughts for today ; I saw a post that was critical of the U.S. is stated in an unflattering way , that the U.S. was not 1st in positive attributes, rather only in negative attributes. Pointing to those in charge. So I wanted to see which of the two parties have really held the most control = a higher responsibility for our current conditions. Here goes .
Broader context
• 1950s–1994 era: Democrats had a virtual lock on Congress (House especially) due to Southern Democratic strength, New Deal coalition, and other factors. Republicans often won the White House (Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan) but governed with divided control.
• Post-1994: More competitive. Frequent flips in Congress; trifectas rarer and shorter-lived.
• Supreme Court (Judicial): Not directly “controlled” by elections (lifetime appointments), but presidents appoint justices. Composition has shifted with presidential terms (e.g., more conservative under Republican presidents in recent decades).
Let’s put blame or responsibility where it belongs. What say you?
@DGB@JoshHall2024 In summary, while the leaks sparked major debate, legal changes, and acknowledged intelligence setbacks, zero Americans are known to have died because of them. Official warnings emphasized potential future harm rather than proven casualties.
NO. How many AMERICANS and allies DIED because of his self-important babbling? If he returns Stateside, he should stand trial. And then, preferably, .....
It doesn't usually make "the news" but Americans have been murdered for just kind of irresponsible traitorous activity. Showden makes Benedict Arnold look good by comparison.
🚨BREAKING:🚨TRUMP ADMINISTRATION OFFICIALS HAVE SPOKEN TO EDWARD SNOWDEN ABOUT FULL PARDON, RETURNING HOME - Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, a LONG TIME ALLY OF AND ADVOCATE for PERSECUTED PATRIOT Edward Snowden, has reportedly spoken with him about the possibility of a looming FULL PARDON from President Trump and the facilitation of his PERMANENT RED CARPET RETURN HOME with a hero's welcome.
