Depends on which dimension of sex you mean (chromosomes, internal sex organs, external genitalia, gametes, hormone levels, etc.). Of these the only one kind of binary is gametes, but some people don’t make gametes, so that one really isn’t technically binary tbh.

As a girl dad, I have a genuine question for the ladies on X. How do females feel about me walking my daughter into the women's restroom when there is no family restroom and I don't want her going into the men's restroom where men are using urinals? Should I just announce "girl dad coming in with my daughter"? I want to be respectful but I also want my daughter to be safe.

My ears were ringing, my eyes were sensitive to light, my heart raced… Your titty tablets have nothing whatsoever to do with health care.
