I have a dumb question but when UK people say "the illegal migration bill" what's being modified? They mean the bill which supposedly addresses something called "illegal migration" or the new migration/borders bill, which is illegal under international law?

@paulg Perhaps it could prove more useful as a way of optimising/de-ambiguating (rather than replacing) NL prompts — i.e. by compiling the latter into a formal 'universal' computational language such as the one @stephen_wolfram has been advocating/building...

I know AI prompts are usually natural language, but I wonder if it would ever be worthwhile defining a formal language for AI prompts. People already use math and code in prompts. I wonder what else could be usefully formalized.

Byson Kaula has passed away in hospital. He spent over two decades on death row, but was freed though Malawi's resentencing project. He then devoted himself to counselling and supporting former prisoners, and became a powerful advocate for abolition. May he now rest in peace. 🧡
