@O2 Not massively. I just wanted to pay off the sum of £18 something you asked for in a letter of March 16th but paying with the help of your advisers ( two of them) has resulted in the line going dead at the critical points. Please don’t ask me to ring again. It’s torture!

Unbelievable. I’ve been trying to close my account (for an old mobile I never use). It’s taken me three hours on the phone to get absolutely nowhere. Each time Im about to settle the account the line goes dead. I don’t know what more I can do @O2 ?
