@bennybigbull @YoYInvestor Yes but if we have a significant move the warrant guy will benefit and make $. I have an idea of the structure, but to me it’s super convoluted the way the deal is structured and how the warrant guy hedged… but he benefits greatly if we go higher

Ondas ended Q1 with 1.48B cash. On cash position ALONE, the stock is worth $3.04/1.48B mkt cap
Would need $2.96 to hit $5.
You are saying that the business itself with no cash is worth $2.96/1.4B mkt cap.
Now tell me under what valuation measures does :
- 390M+ guidance,
- 500M+ backlog
- 1000%+ YoY growth
- Intellectual property
Make sense to trade at a 1.4B mkt cap? It doesn’t. Not for a high growth company.
Stop the ignorance and the engagement farming- be better.

I still think that $ONDS has to distribute. Once again tapped the 1W HMA and rejected that for now. Structure changes once we have a clean finish on the week above the ribbon. Right now stock is rejecting that in Friday pre-market. Trying to escape this pennant but if we finish back at it this or next week, we’ll have another fake breakout for the stock. And having so many of them, stock is telling us it wants to choose the other way. Critical point here once again for $ONDS. But as long as we stay below the 1W HMA I’m good with my thesis. Only gets invalidated as soon as stock starts trading above the Weekly HMA / $12. And for that we’d need more volume coming in from what we have now. Peace to every $ONDS bull.

Interesting mix of career opportunities

Congrats to everyone holding $ONDS. The company absolutely smashed it.
This is one of those stocks you just buy and forget. I genuinely believe it's going to follow the same path as Rocket Lab. The best way I can describe ONDS is as a highly diversified robotics company.
Now, a few people are suddenly claiming they always called this one and saw the potential from day one. The reality is very few people actually bought this stock believing it would become one of the biggest drone companies in the world.
As someone who first bought at $1.80 and added it to my long term portfolio with a 10x price target at $18, I can tell you there were only a handful of voices talking about ONDS back then. The two that stood out were @SaiseiInvesting and @ive_m5. They were among the earliest. There were a few others worth mentioning too, but those two led the way.
