@kaloszer @CeoOndas If the insiders really had confidence, why haven't they increased their holdings even though the stock has already dropped over 50%? Or are they still shorting it, hoping to buy it cheaper? It's not convincing at all. $ONDS

$ONDS 😲 Ondas now has 16 Subsidiaries yet is trading at a ridiculously underpriced valuation. Short math note : 4.14B/16 (market cap/subsidiaries) = ~259,000,000 average Ive done the valuations on every subsidiary: Ive based it off deal prices, disclosed backlog, and direct comparisons- Sentrycs vs. D-Fend’s $1.5B Motorola exit, Mistral vs. AeroVironment, Roboteam vs. FLIR’s $385M Endeavor Robotics buy. 8 of 16 sit above the $259M average. DZYNE almost quadruple’s it alone. ($900M). Sentrycs is close to triple the average ($700M). Mistral and World View roughly double it ($550M, $500M) with Eric Brock, the CEO- saying that World View alone could be worth the entire companies valuation, American Robotics, Omnisys, Indo Earth Moving, and Cyberhawk also clear it. The other 8 sit below - mostly the smaller add ons (SPO, Apeiro, Insight, Rotron, Airobotics) where for example, Rotron is only starting to get real action now and will be above the average soon enough and Airobotics arguably could be above that average. If you add up everything, there’s no reason for Ondas to be trading at a market cap this low or even close. This isn’t financial advice but anyone smart enough to see the disconnect on the valuation will make a lot of money once the market wakes up. What do you guys think of the current valuation?
