$ONDS Message to all bears: Over the last year ONDS is up 1,220%. If the dilution was “destroying value,” why is the stock even up? There are 6 analysts. Their average price target $19.83. Average rating: Strong Buy. The people getting paid to model the “Killer Dilution” still see 90%+ upside from here. Dilution is only "bad" if the money raised doesn't produce results. Ondas is using that cash to buy massive revenue growth and the results are there. - 2024 Revenue: ~$5.3 Million  - 2026 Revenue Target: ~$375 Million+ and will be over 500M. I love a good bear thesis but cherry picking dilution when the stock is up 1000%+ makes you look ignorant. We are golden.

Personally I’d have liked us to earn the $$$ thru the $20 warrants than do another deal. Per his note, 25% of the current float is controlled by warrant hedges. Too much power to one party.

$ONDS 🎯 Back in March, I calculated around a $500M backlog for Ondas - people said I was insane, but the latest numbers prove the vision was spot on. In fact, we are now looking at $510M+ in hand. Heres the math : $457M Base (Pro Forma as of Mar 31) ✅ +$50M (New April Demining Tender) 🚀 Total: $507M+ (excluding FIFA & other undisclosed April wins) Assume FIFA to be around ~5M according to the PR, and there you have it.

Please get your forward multiples right before anything else. Why is everyone still trying to use the $170M guidance that was raised to $375M+ as the revenue assumption for 2026? Please also research Kitron, Detroit Manufacturing, and W S Darley for American manufacturing capacity for Ondas. Please also understand how high of a risk Aevex’s dependence on the Ukrainian war is. There’s a reason institutional demand was weak for this IPO.

Basically all of $AVEX revenues come from programs supporting the war in Ukraine. What happens when that conflict ends or the U.S. scales back support? What kind of visibility does management actually have without that customer? Without that customer, revenue doesn’t just take a hit, it completely collapses. Does an 18-year-old defense company with massive reliance on a finite conflict in Ukraine deserve a Shield AI multiple? That’s up to the market to decide. Again, $AVEX is interesting, but be careful before you throw your hard-earned capital at something just because a guy with a lot of followers on social media is calling it a “Baby Anduril.”
