@propofoldream Don't get it... Who draws up all the propofol for a case at the start? Bad from a bacteria medium point of view. Also the pump tells you exactly how many MLS/HR you're using at the current dose, and how many minutes and seconds the current syringe has left... 🤔

Dear colleagues, Do you also hate discarding lots of propofol? Not sure how much to draw up? We wrote a simple App that estimates how much propofol a case might need. We hope this can help with reducing propofol waste during TIVA. Propofol Dreams is now on App store 😁😁

@brisgasdoc I mean surely if you have a good seal it doesn’t matter between the two. I actually do the ‘V’ but with index and middle fingers lifting the angle of the jaw... by far the easiest/ most comfortable configuration for me!
