Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. It used to be b/c we play football, watch football & then eat a lot. But as I’ve grown older (and wiser I hope), it’s more about appreciating my family, friends, health and the opportunity to participate in the market. I am incredibly thankful

@StockBoardAsset I would be careful looking at real estate like the stock market. While an asset price correction is imminent, real estate investors who “ buy right “ Are long term holders. Fear in the underlying asset can drive up the cash flow (rents) as well.

@chartlover69 Something like we saw between 2013 and 2015 would not suprise me. I'm personally just not compelled to do anything right here. Would much rather it wear everyone out for a while and setup again.

@chartlover69 Currently I would be very patient before doing anything but would lean short until 13k becomes support again, given current price data. 1 traders opinion.

@chartlover69 still lower highs and lower lows. I would be careful trying to see what you want to see. Its had a very good run. I expect very tough sledding in the immediate term.

@chartlover69 My point is you have to take the entire picture. On the longer time frames we are below bearish technicals, so you need to be careful with shorter time frames that contradict the big picture. At least that is how I trade.
