It’s my favorite when customer service reps speak to you like you’re an idiot because you don’t know their processes and products as well as them. If you don’t enjoy your job as a cs rep at @Highlights, maybe just quit instead of being condescending.

@defininggrace Hi- We’ve found that an error occurred during printing again this month. The smiling H was supposed to be hidden on the backpack pocket with the carrot. Thanks- Shante Highlights CS

@Highlights @ldbriq Yeah, sadly it’s not printed on our copy either. Last month, it looked like Photoshop layers got out of order as you can see some but not all of the H. But this month, none of it printed 😕
