I strongly support my colleague @SenJohnKennedy’s legislation, the No Shutdown Paychecks to Politicians Act. If the men and women who stepped up to serve the Department of Homeland Security—to keep Americans safe—aren’t getting paid, then neither should members of Congress.

The review of 50–60 million voter records has revealed there are thousands of ineligible and outdated registrations—including non-citizens. Some of them voted. More to come! That is what happens when strong voter ID safeguards are absent—and @TheJusticeDept will not tolerate it.

Pallone was at the gas station today talking a bunch of bologna. Yes the gas prices are up, and global conflicts can impact oil markets - but what he failed to mention is in New Jersey drivers got hit with a Democrat state gas tax increase on January 1, 2026, adding 4.2 cents per gallon. When politicians talk about gas prices, they shouldn’t ignore the policies right here at home that contribute to unaffordability, especially when their own party created them. DEMOCRAT gas tax.

“August 2025 Poll” showed support, 7 months later - now just making democrats debate the legislation. American Elections are for American Citizens. 🇺🇸 If the Senate Republicans really want to pass the SAVE America Act, 51 senators could change Senate precedent and do it tomorrow. The power is there.
The will in Washington is not. Where are the 51 Republican Senators ready to make progress?
