My favorite fat burning meal is beef and rice
My favorite muscle building meal is beef and rice
You can cook it for yourself in less than 7 minutes and easily hit whatever nutrition goals you have
Here's how:
Buy 93% lean beef. In a pound of this beef, you get roughly 90g of protein
Buy instant microwave rice ("Mahatma" garlic & olive oil is delicious ... yes it contains trace amounts of vegetable oil... sorry seed oil disrespectors we're not majoring in the minors here)
Buy whatever seasoning you like. Try "Seasonello Bologna aromatic herbal salt" for a versatile spice blend
Instructions:
-Cook meat in stainless steel/cast iron pan til brown
-Drain fat
-Add seasoning
-Microwave rice
-Pour it all in a bowl
-Sprinkle cheese lightly if you want
Congratulations chef, you're done
Macros with 2lbs beef, one bag of rice:
Calories: ~2200
Carbs: ~108
Fat: ~88
Protein: ~202
Macros with 1lb beef, one bag of rice:
Calories: ~1400
Carbs: ~108
Fat: ~52
Protein: ~110
