This is a model I made back in 2015, with some improvements over the years. It served as an exercise for me to learn the data pathways at ESPN. With AI coding making it so easy to create an attractive front-end app, had to do it.
That's a tough call. I think from a pure value perspective it's solid, especially if you can get a piece thrown in. From an actual roster perspective, tougher call. Long term, having that third QB is huge but short term it's probably a real hit to your starting lineup given that walker is a 2nd round pick in 2026 redraft
@Hindery dynasty SF. trade k. Walker away for Stroud? I can also probably get a minor piece or draft pick thrown in. I have Goff and Hurts, so don't need Stroud, but also feel like Walker's value won't ever be higher.
@SigmundBloom I don't know, he turns 38 this summer, and $33M is already pretty high. I don't think he will come out worse, but I'm not convinced there's a lot more money than $33M for 2026 out there or multi-year deals with real guaranteed money after year 1.
Williams has all the leverage here, so if this is accurate, he gone
Williams doesn't have to budge one bit on his contract terms because he stands to make a multiple of the money he is owed by SF if he hits the free agent market.
For the F1 enthusiasts fancying some season-long bets during Bahrain testing - be sure to shop around. Also keep in mind that you'll often get great opportunities to either cash out or hedge off of positions during the year if you get it in good.

I want to leave no stone unturned. But after scouting 46 running backs, I fear I may have overdone it this year.
That said, if anyone wants to talk rookie running backs, I'm your guy.
Happy to welcome Leo Whalen to the world and somehow he’s a giant at 10 lbs 6 oz! Baby Leo and my wife are doing great.
My wife didn’t appreciate my joke of suggesting the name Ben Johnson Whalen after the game on Saturday 🤣, but figured my twitter friends would laugh at it.
I think it may depend on the format. The interesting angle is that some of the NFC skill guys average more than their QBs because so much of the passing offense goes through them. But in the AFC side, the QBs generally outshot their WRs and TEs by a bunch and really spread the ball around. I think that is why when I ran the simulations, the NFC QBs came in so low
@Hindery - Just read your Optimal first round strategy for NFFC article. Exactly what I needed to help fill out my leagues playoff challenge roster
One thing I noticed with the results is the the AFC is QB heavy (Nix, Maye, Lawrence) and the NFC is WR and TE heavy (JSN, Puka, AJB, Goedert, Kittle)
Obviously some major WR/TE talent but am curious if there's an additional strategy/angle to this to hedge your roster? So you get (hopefully) a QB from the AFC champion and then WR/TE's from the NFC champion
