@moonmin_03 Your En-spells are your bread and butter for RDM, and NIN lets you hit more and faster with its high levels of Dual Wield, meaning your en-fire enhanced attacks are hitting more often. Also, ninja gets elemental debuff ninjutsu, so the two complement each other

Everyone online saying NIN is a good sub for damage-oriented RDM because it gives you dual wielding but I'm yet to find out why that matters or how to make the most of it

@_rhodetodell Treasure Maps are a pretty chill way to get gil, or running unsynced fights for weapons and turning those weapons in for GC seals. Neither are crazy high payouts, but they're chill and consistent. I usually do 'em while winding down or if I want to watch a show.

@ImAureus @alixisabug @Quaqamol Your average peasant did not have 50 chickens. A demense might be so lucky, and they could rent out plenty of chickens to serfs, but that was far from the average peasant experience. They just didn't have the resources for that.

Chickens even back then only lived about 2 years. If you had 50 you could have chicken more than twice a month

@ImAureus @alixisabug @Quaqamol Chickens don't have to be expensive for a peasant to avoid eating them. A chicken in those days was much smaller, and was raised for eggs. Killing the chicken means no more eggs. Geese and pheasants were more common for meat, but the most common was pork.

The world has just the right amount of friction for trying to get anywhere that it feels like an actual adventure to progress

@HiroBrotag @vlahakisarchive I know you can just teleport now using crystals and unity warp, but I decided to not use any for at least the base game. It legit feels so alive and like a real world to explore, and waiting 10 minutes for the airship just to reach sandy or Bastok was AWESOME(started in windurst)

@paraseleneblurr Each ff11 expansion has an 'expansion girl', which is the main character of the expansion the hero joins up with. She's the main girl of Chains of Promathia, which is my favorite expansion story alongside Treasures of Aht Urhgan. She's awesome. I'm glad they chose to put her in

@SamuraiSnoopy @vlahakisarchive Exactly. There's always something else you can be doing, so if you really don't want to wait around for an hour, there's always stuff to do. But you're not punished if you just want to hang around Jeuno and talk to NPCs or see what items the shops sell

The game having real time pass between missions and having shops open or closed at different times of day doesn't inflate playtime when the game was first designed around standing in town
