Wemby has a great argument here but I don’t think you can underlook the team the spurs have built around wemby. Dude is a generational talent and they surrounded him with the perfect type of supporting cast.
A bunch of tough, oversized guards that can get to the rim, shoot, pass, and defend the perimeter. Add a 7’5” athletic freak monster and there really isn’t a better structural makeup to a team both offensively and defensively.

Trolls aside, the kid is from South Florida, wants to go to Miami, Mario has a much better OL developmental track record than Elko, and they were offering 7 figures, and he still likely chooses A&M. That’s why I don’t put much emphasis on “recruiting the state” of FL well anymore

I would be stunned if LeBron retires.
I WANT to see him with the Spurs to get ring #5 OR the Cavaliers so he can do his retirement tour with a franchise that actually appreciates him.
I THINK he'll just end up re-signing with LA for less money b/c he doesn't feel like uprooting his family. This would be the most annoying move IMO.
The Hantavirus Pandemic will probably make this all irrelevant though.
