@LilFoxxxyx @deanonutrino I got my full refund yesterday. I´d used a mix of cash+Avios for the booking & as expected the Avios wasn´t refunded, but it wasn´t that much, so I can live with that. Thanks for helping me get this sorted. Sad that I couldn´t visit my family but I guess it´s wise to wait a bit

@HisHiddleness @deanonutrino You probably should t have done it without viewing the exact amount. It should have showed like mine did in the picture. That said it should be fine in the window. The refund request just goes from initiated to approved, I had it before it said the last one saying it’s complete.

@deanonutrino @LilFoxxxyx I requested my refund yesterday after the window was extended to 28-Mar. My refund amount wasn´t shown but I assume it will be full since my flight was within this timeframe. Also, does it show "one of our agents has initiated the refund" when you click on Track Your Refund?

@LilFoxxxyx @deanonutrino @Gabyxmae I really hope they extend that window. Even if they deem it safe to resume operations, I´m apprehensive about traveling at this time and wouldn´t want to be penalized for cancellations or reschedules.

@LilFoxxxyx @qatarairways Thanks a lot for clarifying. I assume this is the option that I need to choose? And got your point of all charges being waived only if the flight is within the specified dates.

@HisHiddleness @sufian_rashid @qatarairways I actually used the mobile site not the app. The option should be there but until they extend to refund window it will show an amount significantly less than you paid. Once they extend it, the value it shows will then show the full value because there’s no fees.

So then I should wait until it´s extnd to Mar24 & then can I request for a refund directly via Manage Booking on the website?tks
