My Hisense AC is defective from DAY 1. Flipkart's own technician visited & confirmed a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. The Service Manager approved the return in the system. Flipkart asked me: "Return or Replacement?" I chose RETURN.

@hisenseuae I bought a TV 11 month ago. No physical damage at all and one day tv display shower me lines on the screen. The service team came to check and they reported as screen broken and now the service center don't want to cover it under warranty due to NO display unit avail
