@HisenseGlobal @Hisense_USA How can I get some customer support on the case I’ve had open for over a month?! The TV flat out does not work and buffers all the time. The repair man came out to replace multiple items and it still buffers all day. What a terrible experience.

@Hisense_IND @HisenseGlobal After installing the latest firmware update, my Hisense 65E6N TV has started restarting automatically while playing 4K videos. The problem occurs repeatedly, approximately every 30 minutes, making it impossible to watch any content smoothly.

@Hisense_USA Installed @Roku app to @GoogleTV U7 and when I record to existing Tablo drive, Tablo error = "CANNOT RECORD, DRIVE IS FULL". Had to uninstall #ROKU app and power all off, on to fix. Tv confused.

@Hisense_USA has got to have by far the #worst #customerservice I have ever experienced. I am a dying #cancer patient and they have made me go 5 weeks without a working TV even though it's under warranty. Now they want me to wait another 4 weeks for a refund check. @SonyVizio
