Resisted arrest for ~25 seconds. 5. (Allegedly) Shouted repeatedly, "you're going to have to kill me." - When an agent identifiedthat he was carrying, the other agents fired. He should have known better. When I got my CCP, we were taught extensively about how to properly comport ourselves with LE when we are carrying concealed.
