His confession video to the cops was suppressed by the defense. Also, it’s a preliminary hearing. They only had to prove probable cause, so they do not show every piece of evidence. Probable cause = a crime was probably committed & the defendant probably did it. First you have not defended Charlie’s legacy in any way for the sheer fact that you deny Charlie’s core principled belief that we are never to stop asking questions or we will not remain free. You choose to accept a nonsense narrative from a government with a historical pattern of lying and deception particularly in the case of high profile assassinations. Charlie asked Candace to be his David so you should show some respect in that regard as well. The pre-trial is for the prosecution to submit there evidence to the judge for his review so he can determine if there’s enough evidence to proceed to trial, it is not the time or place that requires Tyler’s defense to counter and cross examine but you know this too. The videos submitted as evidence of Tyler being on campus are grainy, cloudy and distant . Not one submitted makes Tyler identifiable concretely. The videos show a different guy in 2-3 videos, look at their height and there back neck hairlines. There are two different cars shown to be Tyler’s grey Charger in submitted videos , look at license plate holder and exhaust system, it’s obvious there are two grey Chargers. There is no video footage of Tyler or anyone for that matter shooting a gun on the rooftop. DNA on gun, trigger, towel and screwdriver have Tyler and 2-4 other people DNA on them pending which item you are looking at. The alleged gun is Tyler’s grandfathers which he gifted to Tyler so it seems natural that his DNA would be on it. Wasn’t expecting to find out that Lance Twiggs DNA was on all of these items, surprised he was allowed to disappear for ten months, seems he has more to do with this case than anyone imagined. Many eye witnesses on the campus that day that reported live that the shots came from the ground and not the rooftop. Bullet fragments are inconclusive - the forensic expert can not conclude they were shot from alleged used weapon. Three fragments missing , that’s interesting . Anyway, I could go on further but just wanted to counter a few of your untruths and deceptions for those that may just see your outline and think you are being integral. I see this deceptive tactic that you and many others are doing hoping the naive fall for it but don’t worry truth can not be manufactured it is inherently organic .
