NEW: Police find starved, bug bitten, 3-year-old girl who they initially thought was dead, huddled in the corner of a cockroach-infested home in Ohio. Parents like this should face the death penalty. The girl, who weighed just 16 pounds, was found unresponsive on a soiled mattress. The room she was found in was covered with urine, feces, bugs and mold. Thankfully for the police officers, the girl's life was saved and she was rushed to the hospital. She is making a slow recovery and will require much more medical attention.
