"This will destroy Oregon" Well when Portugal decriminalized all drugs they saw a decline in both arrests & illicit drug use. There are still small fines for selling drugs, but the country’s focus is on rehabilitation, harm reduction & treating addiction as a disease.

Last night Arizona, NJ, Montana, & South Dakota voted to legalize recreational marijuana, Mississippi legalized medical marijuana, and Oregon decriminalized all drugs. Fantastic news for those who would otherwise be persecuted for victimless crimes.
