If reports are true, it means Cyril Ramaphosa is submitting a review application of the Phala Phala Report, an application which he withdrew 4-years ago, 4-years later. He withdrew his review application 4-years years ago, because he thought he won the battle politically by burying it using an unconstitutional majority vote in Parliament. The Constitutional Court told him what he and his ANC collective did was unlawful, and now he revives a review application because he wants to win the battle in another avenue. The court must ask two questions; why did you withdraw your review application of the Phala Phala Report 4-years ago? Why do you bring a review application on the Phala Phala Report four years after the report was issued? The judiciary should tell him to go jump off the highest cliff for thinking he can hustle the law, like he hustled money in a couch.

@CyrilRamaphosa Wait, no one has intimated that public funds were stolen. That's just not there. The questions are did you report the case of the theft. Why did you use you Presidential security to recover the funds? Were immigration laws broken by hiring illegal foreigners.
