The family heard the gunshots. they rushed to find him dead. The family started to prepare for their son’s burial. Raising the white flag, his parents and four siblings held the body and headed to cemetery. After the burial, the family returned to the school, and on their way back to the school just 200 meters, the family was all gunned down by an Israeli sniper, killing them. Footage showed the bodies huddled together on the ground, maybe in an attempt to survive. A daughter and a sister survived as they had not attended the burial. They both didn’t aware of what happened to their family due to a lack of phone coverage. The next day, the Israeli army embarked on evacuating people, and the daughter came across the bodies of her six family members. She was traumatized. The Israeli military didn’t allow her to bury her family. In a couple of weeks, the Israeli occupation withdrew from the area, locals found the remains of the family through the remaining debris. The Israeli bulldozers had buried them along with the rubble.
