Gender dysphoria is a mental illness and people who suffer from it are more violent than the average person, both to others and themselves. Plus, many young people who have gender surgery later express regret over ruining their body. Never mind the fact that many girls are forced to play against bigger and stronger boys while sharing a locker room with them. Other than that it’s really no big deal.
