Once there, officers located an unidentified male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he later died. Southern District Arson Arrest In reference to the arson that occurred in the Southern District on May 6, 2024, investigators have arrested 47-year-old Sheena Herring of Baltimore. Investigators learned that Herring was responsible for the malicious burning of a dumpster in the Unit block of East Wells Street. On May 9, 2024, detectives arrested Sheena Herring and transported her to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where she has been charged with arson 2nd degree, arson-trash container and Malicious burning.

Homicide Suspects Identity Sought In reference to the homicide that occurred on April 1, 2024, in the 200 block of East Pratt Street, of 17-year-old Devron Tyner, Homicide detectives are asking for your help in identifying the persons seen in these photos. Homicide detectives need your help identifying two persons of interest related to a homicide shooting that occurred on March 26, 2024, at approximately 4:40 p.m. in the 1800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. The BPD is attempting to identify the suspect depicted in the above sketches in reference to two recent sexual assault incidents that occurred in the area of Gwynns Falls Parkway and Dukeland St. The suspect described above was wearing a mask at the time of the assaults. The sketch on the right is a projection of what he may look like. Statement from #BPD Commissioner Richard Worley on the verdict in the Officer Keona Holley murder trial: "Today, justice was served. I want to thank the men and women of the jury and our judicial system for finding Mr. Knox guilty of 1st degree murder.
