Honestly feel weird. I had my autism diagnosis a couple of months ago and just got my ADHD diagnosis today, I’m happy to finally know why I am the way I am but it’s made me feel weird.

@DrKatBuilds @OriTomorrow That's kinda where I'm at. I'm reading, & analyzing my past / present to find ways to accommodate myself and set new expectations. No harm in trying out accommodations and being introspective. 😅 I hope you're being kind to yourself in all of this. It's tough but rewarding.

@HokayBricks @OriTomorrow Thank you! They’ve been a bit inconclusive for me (much more likely to have ADHD, definitely on the spectrum but not the highest score). I think though if it’s something that resonates with you and helps explain how you go through life, then it’s helpful even if it’s not official

@DrKatBuilds @OriTomorrow I've always loved how open you are about mental health / stigma. It's impactful for me on a personal level to see you speaking openly and positively about suspecting you're auDHD. I think I may be too, but professional tests for both, separately, disagree so far. 🫤

@OriTomorrow I’m a DPT and I’m highly suspicious that I have auDHD, just figuring that out at 32! The more I’ve learned about characteristics for it (especially for women) the more I’m certain I’m autistic with some ADHD flare 🔥

@TrickyBricks Chromatica, '20: Kind of Artpop 2.0 - pop vibes, but the lyrics/themes aren't as commercial as mainstream would like. Some great tracks for the club but if you preferred The Fame / Monster this is still a deviation from that.
