One of the moments I feel the most skilled is when performing a semi annual reassessment in those with progressive neurological conditions. It should be standard practice in these populations.

@ThePOTSPostman ADHD. Didn't put the pieces together until about 2 years ago. Was always the "goody goody" in school, but could never stay on time and would procrastinate on everything. Turns out I had a boat load of executive dysfunction that I didn't know existed.

I’m curious. What diagnosis do you suffer from that was initially diagnosed as “anxiety” or “all in your head”?

@DoctorVeeMD I’m a DPT but I had two years in between undergrad and grad school where I worked in retail and food service. I 1000% agree with this. This is why I prefer working with ARNPs because they have a better perspective on patient care than most MDs.

You are a political organization. If you cannot see the difference between an unload and a load of a shotgun in a crystal clear video then I don't see why anyone should ever take gun advice from your 'organization' ever again.

@ValerieHer37147 @reallytanman Whether or not you can pronounce a name has no indication on if it’s good for you. Many people couldn’t pronounce dihyrogen monoxide, but it would be problematic if they didn’t consume it 🙄

So Elon Musk is operating a super PAC. Super PAC's are forbidden by law to coordinate with campaigns. Elon musk campaigned with Trump last week. Therefore, if I've read the law correctly, Elon Musk and Donald Trump violated campaign finance law.
