Does Ameren not know how technology has made it super easy to keep customers in the loop the whole way? I swear they pat themselves on the back for sending a one hour notice that isn’t even correct.

alert customers a full 24 hours before? (Two neighbors heard nothing about the outage). Now, 2+ hours later the old pole is still up and there’s been no outage.

I don’t understand @AmerenMissouri’s inability to use tech to keep customers up to date. At 8:30am I got a text that starting at 9:30am my street would lose power while a crew installs a new poll. I have backup power and can keep working, but why didn’t Ameren

Hi @BrightspeedHelp @gobrightspeed. You sent my elderly mom an appointment confirmation. I want to suggest you update the text links in your email. I looked for confirm, reschedule, and resolved buttons in the email, then I realized the words are the links.
