Exercise is important at every age. And our research found that it remains a priority as we get older. What’s the hobby that you’re keen to continue with no matter what age you’re at?

How important is your home to you? Given the choice, most of us would prefer to receive medical treatment at home, according to our new survey.

The lust for life extends to older people’s love lives! Half of those 75+ would be open to looking for love. A fulfilled love life isn’t just for the young!

58% of people say that there isn’t enough infrastructure to aid older people in playing sport. Why shouldn’t our passion for sport continue as we get older? We’re proud to see so many of our clients stay physically active.

Age is just a number! That’s certainly what the people we surveyed think. 85% of us want to stay physically active as we get older. Many of our go-getting clients are certainly living up to that.

For many of us, the fear of spending your later years in a care home increases as you get older. 60% of people aged 66-74 have that concern. Our Care Professionals make it possible for to stay living in the home they love.

Our survey found that 52% of people don’t trust the social care system to look after them or their loved ones. Come and chat with us and we can talk you through your options and support you at what can be a difficult time.

Old age can and should be a positive time. Our survey found that 57% of people aged 75+ think that old age is the most enjoyable part of life. That compares to just 36% of 35-54 year olds thinking the same. Getting older means being more optimistic about age!
