Yesterday we launched the new PSIRF / human factors / SEIPS training developed by the absolutely brilliant @HomertonSim team - an amazing morning with some of our ward managers using scenarios and role play to begin to understand swarm huddles and systems thinking.

One of the things I’ve been involved in at work that gives me the most faith in the future is our deteriorating patient overview group where we bring together our learning in adult medicine, maternity, neonatology, paediatrics and community to focus on what we can learn together
