Day 4 of me staring at my router like it owes me money. Called @Safaricom_Care every single day. Same apologies, same promises, same zero internet. A Company that had stellar customer service but Loyalty has limits. Sometimes you just move on and let the signal find someone else.

@ntsa_kenya, let’s be serious for once. From the video in question: 1️⃣ The pedestrian was walking on the road, not the pavement. 2️⃣ The matatu was already in its lane. What exactly was the driver expected to do? Swerve into oncoming traffic and cause a crash?

@ntsa_kenya @ntsa_kenya you’ve ignored repeated complaints by @loddca on companies illegally employing foreign drivers. No response. But today you were quick to reach the same company over a driver issue. Simple question: which specific law did the driver break in this incident? Cite it.

UPDATE: We contacted the Sacco and the driver will undergo a retest today. APPEAL: Report any instances of reckless driving on our roads by providing details such as the vehicle's registration number, the location of the incident, as well as the date and time.
