I used @DeepLabCut to analyze the exploratory behavior of my mice. My analysis code to extract the time mice spent around each object is in the additional material if you want to use it. I hope my comments are enough but don’t hesitate to reach me if you have trouble running it.

And yesterday, I had my Christmas gift a bit early as the 5ft and last 1st author paper from my PhD got out. In this paper I study the role SOM interneurons activity and LTP of their synapses with CA1 PC in the object location task. molecularbrain.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.11…
