1 week out of a quadruple bypass and I can already feel the difference. I got my chest pump off today (pump promotes healing) so they don't use staples. I'm very tired but getting through all of my exercises and resting. Thanks for all of the thoughts and prayers!

Day 3 of post surgery in the hospital. Thank God for these nurses and doctors for all that they do. I had a rough surgery, I came out, they found abnormal bleeding, and reopen me up again. Now recovery begins, and a new life ahead!!! Thanks for the good vibes and prayers!

Clemson is $1.5B in debt. Syracuse is closing or pausing 93 programs, UNC-Chapel Hill plans to cut spending by $89M over 3 years. Duke recently let 600 employees go in a $350M budget cut. Indiana public colleges announced a plan to eliminate or merge 580 programs statewide.

@surfingwahoo Had triple in Jan ‘23. Complete your rehab, listen to your docs,exercise , eat right and you’ll have lots of years left. I had no symptoms and was in pretty good shape. Found the blockages by luck. Bad genes. Keep the faith!

Life comes at us fast and does not wait for us to catch up. I went for a CAT scan of my heart only to find out I have blockage in a couple of arteries. I'm having bypass surgery on Tuesday. Send ya good vibes my way on Tuesday, I'd greatly appreciate it. Long recovery ahead!
