@AllstateCanada I was involved in a collision back on November 25th. I was supposed to hear from my adjuster, Nancy Apps, within 1-2 days. Tomorrow it will be a month. This is by far the worst customer service I have been had. This woman ignored 4 voicemails and 2 emails.
