@CraveHelp I want my refund. Misrepresentation of details on your website. And there is no way I could send out an email because you don’t have email support. Phone assistant was not helpful in resolving this.

@CraveHelp I bought Crave subscription based on your website mentioning it’s available in Roku, but I don’t find your app on Roku. So I cancelled the subscription within 2 hours and I wouldn’t get a refund ? Come on. Roku.com also doesn’t have it.

@CraveHelp why do I have to sign in every time I access Crave thru my Roku device? Never used to be ‘signed out’ if I went to a different streaming platform. Now I have to Sign in everytime.

@CraveHelp I’m on Crave standalone. Playback stopped around 9:20 PM PT and now all titles fail with error 5005/900 on both Samsung TV and mobile app. Reinstalling apps did not resolve

@CraveHelp I am having constant issues with your service since subscribing. Attached is one example. You are unreachable by phone or live chat (I have tried). This is not good enough. Please advise.

Man, if @CraveCanada @CraveHelp would stop logging me out every single time I use the app, it would be my go to streaming service. Until then, it remains an unusable nightmare and an abysmal user experience

@CraveHelp No because I’m not paying to get verified. My internet speeds are the best I can get through bell 5G wireless. I average 30 to 50 mb speeds and it’s fine on the computer, TV and phone when connected to wifi. The only time I’m having trouble is through the PS5 hardwired in.

@CraveHelp is there any chance of an update to the crave app on PS5? It works fine through my TV and computer but the ps5 app is terrible with buffering. This has been an issue for a long time. I keep hoping for better but it just gets worse.
