@CraveHelp I'm unsure how this app is so badly designed after users have pumped millions into it. Subtitles don't show up, constant freezing, ridiculously loud commercials along with super quiet tv shows. You guys need to step it up immensely.

@CraveHelp my plan that I pay $22 for suddenly has adds on it now. My account was set up through my TV provider but they said apparently there’s been issues all day with people experiencing the same thing, and they said you guys were able to fix it on your end. Please help.
