Every penny goes towards essentials like promotional materials to raise awareness, hi-vis jackets for safety, and Walk & Talk training for leaders. None of the organisations or people who run Hope100 are paid; they are all volunteers. 2/3

💛 World Suicide Prevention Day takes place on Wednesday 10 September. In support of this day, the annual HOPE 100 walk will take place on Saturday 6 September, and on 10 September there will be a ‘pop-up’ mental health space in Golden Square Shopping Centre. Find out more 👇

The 5k walk is suitable for prams and wheelchairs, but the 10k walk involves uneven surfaces and a little grass so is not suitable for prams or wheelchairs. There will be stewards in Hi-vis jackets at various points to guide us the right way and make sure everyone is safe.🟡 2/2

This is the route we will be taking for the Hope100 10k walk on Saturday. Both the 10k and 5k walkers will start out on the same route together at 11am. Around the halfway mark, those on the 5k will be guided to their finish, while the 10k continues the full distance. 1/2
