"Robotics may be the biggest product category of all time. $25 trillion." - Devgan again. CadenceLIVE 2026. When the people who design the chips agree, you pay attention. The Bottleneck Below the Humanoids Physical AI runs on edge inference silicon. The chip cannot live in the cloud. It cannot be a power-hungry GPU strapped to a battery. It has to do multi-sensor perception, motor control, and real-time decision-making on the device at low power. There are exactly three Western public chip companies that ship this category at scale: $NVDA , $QCOM , and $AMBA. Nvidia Jetson is the early winner. Every silicon category in history has fragmented once it scales. Mobileye won ADAS share from Nvidia after Nvidia had the early lead. Apple won mobile from Qualcomm. ARM took everything from Intel. The Three Reasons AMBA Wins the Second Wave 1. Production proof at the edge. The N1 family is already running in commercial warehouse robotics. CVflow architecture has shipped in 42M chips across 370+ production customer products. This is not a thematic guess. The silicon works at scale. 2. Cooper Development Platform. 200+ different AI model architectures already in production through Cooper. That is fifteen years of software maturity that no humanoid maker wants to rebuild from scratch. 3. Multi-sensor fusion built in. The Oculii radar IP combined with CV3-AD makes AMBA one of the only Western pure-plays that fuses camera, radar, and lidar on the same chip. Humanoids need all three. The Strategic Acquisition Setup On June 24, 2025, Bloomberg reported AMBA had retained bankers and reached out to potential buyers including chip rivals and private equity. The stock jumped 21%. Eleven months on, no announced transaction. Management has consistently declined to comment. The strategic logic has only strengthened since. At ~$3B market cap, AMBA is the only public Western pure-play edge AI vision silicon company a strategic can swallow. Mobileye is locked in the Intel orbit. Hailo is private and Israeli. The list ends there. The Bottom Line Physical AI is the next major AI build-out. Edge inference silicon is the bottleneck layer underneath it. AMBA is the cleanest small-cap pure-play exposure at a multiple that hasn't priced the humanoid wave or the strategic acquisition logic. @allisonoconn Do you know that paroxetine is the most difficult medication on earth to stop and has ruined thousands of lives from protracted withdrawal? The literature is there but no psychiatrist will tell you this. You have to read it yourself

Today I learned tamoxifen can not be combined with paroxetine or fluoxetine (SSRIs) because the SSRIs are CYP inhibitors which decrease the conversion of tamoxifen to it’s active metabolite, thereby potentially reducing tamoxifens efficacy.

Patients have been telling doctors about psychiatric withdrawal for 20 years. Doctors started believing them last Tuesday.

Tell me how your gov't can approve Prozac for children when 12 of the 15 trials failed & the drug more than doubles the risk of suicide? How about Lexapro for kids w/ anxiety when there is a 6 fold increase in suicide? Are our medical professionals sheep or critical thinkers?

As I've learned about psychiatry and shared my experience with misdiagnosis, I've been so taken aback how many other people I know in D.C. are extremely interested in what I'm thinking here and how much they agree. Friends in so many spaces have shared their good and really bad experiences, their thoughts about care for family members, and their thinking about the state of the profession at large. It's been such a wonderful opportunity to bond deeper with people I've known forever and see this whole other network of views, struggles, and successes that most people are too afraid to share until they know you're thinking about it too.

SSRIS, damaged my brain beyond repair. NINE years after withdrawing from the prescribed drug, I still deal with lingering symtoms. Why are these drugs still on the market?

This is what Remeron (mirtazapine) did to me back in May 2020. I lost my libido & never fully regained interest in sex even after stopping taking remeron later that year when the prescription ran out. It's been 6 years this month with very little real interest in anything sexual.

Like many of my psychiatrist colleagues, I was trained using the biopsychosocial model, with a very heavy emphasis on the psychological and social factors in various mental health disorders However, I see takes like below commonly, where people keep pointing at the “biological” and being accused of being a “bio-psychiatrist” As someone who is predominantly a child and adolescent psychiatrist who works with I would guess around 50% of my case load having some sort of Neuro developmental disorder, one can not just exclude the biological part of it And with my background in addiction medicine as well, these substances have a distinct biological effect and impact So, it’s the whole, always has been and always will be And if you’re having trouble seeing that, well, there’s a specific type of therapy that is designed to help you with that 🥰

There does seem to be a lot of resistance to informed consent around psychiatric drugs. The major argument raised is that people wouldn't take these drugs if they knew all the downsides.

Back in 2003 when i was a wee medical student and SARS was plaguing the teaching hospitals in Toronto, politicians declared victory early, and we were hit by a 2nd wave of the disease. We wore N95 masks for every second we were in the hospital. You couldn't ever take it off. It's the only thing that stopped it. It took weeks to eradicate it, but it worked. Crazy we don't learn from history.

Not unexpected, but a not big deal either. Andes Hantavirus is terrible at human to human transmission. So it is likely to phase itself out before reaching anything close to "pandemic" levels...

Since no one else seems to be doing it, I am identifying American passengers on the MV Hondius and finding out where they live. In addition to the three in New York State (NYC, Orange and Westchester counties) Kathy Hochul has disclosed, I have identified two more passengers so far from: Las Vegas, Nevada and King County, Washington Not going to name the people or offer personal details, but let's see if these states issue any statements. Will update if I find more. We also know about the returning doctor in Bend, Oregon but let's assume he's a good quarantiner.
